The Lincoln Santa Fun Run 2026 takes place on Sunday 13 th December (start time 11:00 am)

Our online shop for 2026 entry tickets opens on 1st July. We are still working on things but you can pre-register to be updated as soon as we are open for entries.

Price increase: As we have held our prices the same since 2023 this year faced with rising costs to run the event we finally need to increase prices for The Lincoln Santa Fun Run. However we will continue to offer discounted prices for children to ensure it is affordable for families. Our prices are still lower than most of the big city santa runs however.

IMPORTANT – please read this first. There are changes since 2025.

  1. Select the type of entry and santa suit size you require or <Eco Entry> if you are providing your own santa suit (please refer to our dress code). Under 5’s do not receive a Santa Suit but they do get a runners number, a finishers medal, a personalised certificate of participation and a complimentary children’s elf hat.
  2. You can run (or walk) 1 lap ( 2km ) or 2 laps (4 km). There is NO difference in the ticket or price. Just choose your preferred distance on the day.
  3. To support one of our amazing partner charities select the <Support a Charity> icon. You can then choose your preferred charity. There is no cost to you to select a partner charity to support but you still require to purchase an entry for the event ! Once the order is placed we will donate £10 per adult entry in your order to your selected charity AND we will pass your name and email address on to your selected charity who will contact you to advise on their fundraising and team activities.
  4. You can also make a charity donation. If you have selected a partner charity to support your donation (plus any gift aid) will be passed to the charity once the event closes otherwise it will be used to support charities and good causes during 2027. Your donation is made to The Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia (registered charity) in the first instance, who will process any gift aid claims.
  5. At any time click <View Basket> and adjust quantities required.
  6. Then <Proceed to Checkout>
  7. Make sure you enter your email carefully – its our only means of contacting you !
  8. Select either collection (free) or postal delivery.
  9. Select your payment method (see below).
  10. You will receive a confirmation email which you should keep safe
  11. NEW. In early November you will receive all your runner numbers by post. If you have chosen “postage” when placing your order the santa suits will be posted out to you separately. If you have chosen “free collection” you will receive a Collection Note with your runner numbers. Take this collection note to one of our collection points to redeem your santa suits. Note under 5s do not get a santa suit but they do get a complimentary children’s elf hat.
  12. Once you receive your runner number(s) each individual runner must scan the QR code on the runner number to register before the event day.

Payments

You can choose to pay by PayPal – note you can pay through PayPal using a credit or debit card without needing to create a PayPal account.

You can choose to pay direct to our bank (BACS transfer). The bank detail are shown on the checkout page and will be printed on your conformation email. Your order will he kept on hold until payment is received.

You can choose to pay by cheque. The address is shown on the checkout page.
