Online purchasing for entries to the 2026 Lincoln Santa Fun Run will open at beginning of June. See pricing below. We have held our prices static since 2023 but with rising costs we need to make an increase this year. We will however continue to provide discounts for children and youths to keep the event affordable for families.
- Santa suits are not provided to Under 5’s, Eco Entries and doggy dash entries
- Personalised certificates of participation can only be sent (digitally after the event) to those individuals who have completed the personal registration form using the QR code on their runner number.

Payments
You can choose to pay by PayPal – note you can pay through PayPal using a credit or debit card without needing to create a PayPal account.
You can choose to pay direct to our bank (BACS transfer). The bank detail are shown on the checkout screen and will be printed on your conformation email. Your order will he kept on hold until payment is received.
You can also choose to pay by cheque. The address is shown on the checkout screen.
Our pricing explained
The cost of putting on this events has risen considerably in recent years . As well as medals and santa suits we have to cover costs such as medical cover, traffic management, safety stewards, barrier hire etc. Only after that do we have any monies available to donate to charities.
The £ 21 entry fee for adults entry is the full cost but to keep costs down for families with young children we have discounted children and youth entries (to £ 16).
There is no price difference for running 2 laps (4 km) or 1 lap (2 km). Entrants can choose to run 1 or 2 laps on the day.
Since 2021 we offer an eco option allowing entrants to provide/reuse their own santa costume (subject to our dress code and festive theme) which avoids charging for the santa suit.
New Process for 2026
This year we have improved the process to get your runner number and santa suit. You can still place your order for free collection or postal delivery and your runner numbers will be allocated automatically at this time. For ALL orders placed from the start of November we then send you your runner numbers to you BY POST. (Keep them in a safe place!). If you have chosen Postal Delivery your santa suits will follow as a separate delivery. If you have chosen Free Collection with your runner numbers you will receive a Collection Note. Take your Collection Note to any of our collection points in Lincoln and exchange it for your santa suits.
