Funds raised from this year’s Lincoln Santa Fun Run (including sponsorship and donations) will be used by the Rotary Club of Lincoln Colonia charitable trust to support and make grants to charities and good causes during 2022. We will not pledge grants or donations from the funds raised to any specific charity or good cause prior to the event and receipt of all income. All runners are encouraged to raise funds for our charity. You can see the range of charities and good causes we have supported over the last two years here.
You can also raise funds using the 2021 Lincoln Santa Fun Run for your own charity or a preferred charity or good cause by entering a team. Each team member will require an event registration. The team members and the charity are responsible for fundraising activities, collecting monies, HMRC gift aid etc. We are happy to promote the team and the charity/good cause (providing it reflects the values of our own charity). We will do this through promoting the team and charity on our website and newsletter(s) which are further promoted through our social media channels. All we ask is that you let us know how much you have raised from the event as this helps us greatly in planning and promoting the event in the future. Street collections in Lincoln require a licence from Lincoln City Council. This is a legal requirement. It is your or your charity’s responsibility to obtain a collection licence if you wish to do this.

We retain the right to choose charities or good causes supported through the event and may refuse team member registrations if the activities are considered unsuitable or may bring the event into disrepute.
